Naomi's vision for La Elotera was clear from the start: to share a piece of her childhood with others through selling elotes, a beloved street food she grew up enjoying. Starting from humble beginnings under a pop-up tent, Naomi's elotes quickly gained popularity owing to their distinctive taste, quality, and unique combinations.
